How do I initiate a factory restore?

To initiate a factory restore:

 

  1. Unplug the power adapter from the wall
  2. Press and hold the RECYCLE button 
  3. Plug the power adapter back into the wall
  4. Release the RECYCLE button 

 

RESET will appear on the screen for a few minutes and the next screen will show the main default screen.

 

*Please make sure to reprogram settings specific to your home after a factory restore.
